The charm of  Chota Bheem has again created a sensation among the Indian kids. For the first time the protagonist, Chota Bheem, has appeared on the big screen and won the heart of the millions of the kids. Chota Bheem, the lead character of the movie is a nine year old boy who lives in a small town of rural India named Dholakpur. He is extremely brave, clever and courageous. Moreover he, along with his gang, is always on the trail to safeguard the people of Dholakpur. He is gifted with some extraordinary powers, which he puts to good use by fighting the evil and restoring peace and security in the area. Even the King and the Princess have a lot of faith in him. Chukti is Bheems best friend and she often lures Bheem with scrumptious food because she likes Bheem s chivalrous deeds. 

The story of the latest flick,  Chota Bheem and the Curse of Damyaan  surrounds a sorcerer named  Damyaan . Many years ago, the  Book of Magi  has granted him a wish and thereby he became immortal. But along with the wish came a rider as well whereby his movement became confined to the city of Sonarpur. Damyaan envisages a plan whereby he can break free from his confinement. He lures the Raja of Sonarpur about the treasures in a City of Gold and presents before him a map of the city as well.

Thereafter, the Raja, along with Chota Bheem and his gang and the sorcerer, sets out on the adventurous journey to the City of Gold.  Damyaan s actual plan was to break free from his confinement and let loose his dark arts all over the world. The Raja was even warned by the gypsies living in his territory before embarking on the journey. But he did not pay any heed to their suggestion and went on his journey

Once the Raja and his group reached the city, he accidentally sets free  Damyaan. At that very moment, the sorcerer imprisons Bheem and his gang. Therefore the Raja, Bheem and his fellow friends ( Kalia ,  Raju, Jaggu, Bholu, Chukti and Dholu) fall in great distress. Can Bheem crush Damyaan and reinstate the peace of the cities of Dholakpur and Sonarpur and defend the people from ordeal and exploitation?

The animation of the film is good. Yet, it would definitely find favor among youngsters.
