•Reading through the script and understanding the nuances of the story •Translating the creative brief into imagery & beautiful visuals •Ability to lead and direct a team of artists. •Should have the capacity to handle multiple projects. •You will be responsible for making storyboards and assigning assets to the animation team members •Excellent communication skills. •Must possess strong hands-on experience on Flash Animation / Vector art. •Experience of character animation, explainer videos using info graphics. •Should coordinate with team members and plan the tasks to allocate to your team members and to yourself on a daily basis. •Should effectively communicate and clarify all doubts of team members and ensure the task requirements are clearly understood. •Should have the skill set and experience to understand project requirements and properly estimate the man hours required to accurately complete the project. •Be responsible of the overall look & feel development of the story. •Should be able to join the company immediately as the project would be started soon. •Should possess good story-boarding skills.
