Job Description Responsibilities ● Lead game design for multi-platform games like iPhone, Android and FB. ● Work closely with artists and developers to develop and launch new games. ● Write clear and concise game design documents. ● Drive prototyping, mechanics, pacing, tuning, tutorial, usability, level ramp, story, meta-structure, aesthetics and creative vision of the game. ● Use metrics-driven approach to game design, learning from users, as you drive retention, virality and monetisation into the game design. ● Source ideas and draft proposals consisting of concept docs, development plans, product plans and schedules. Requirements ● Photoshop and UI design skills. ● Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills. ● Ability to generate and refine fun game mechanics and themes. ● Must be an avid gamer and play games across genres and platforms. ● Experience in board and puzzle games is a huge plus. ● Strong written and verbal english communication skills essential ● A bachelor or a master degree in game-design, premier institutes preferred.
