1. Works with animators to ensure building efficient animation controls. 2. Capabilities to include hair/fur, cloth, muscle, skin, etc will be big plus. 3. Able to work in team environment. 4. Troubleshooting and debugging shots as per requirement. 5. Work with other department including technology, animation, and fx. 6. File management- organize work/file efficiently. 7. Remain current and updated to rigging tools and techniques. 8. Develop and maintain character motion and deformation systems. 9. Work with production management to prioritize tasks. 10. Participate in training other global department tasks as requested. Delivering character and prop rigs of the highest possible quality. Understanding the need of Animators and making the rigs according to them for characters ,vehicles &props.
