Primary Responsibilities Directing the visual design function. Ensuring that the creative function operates in an efficient, profitable manner. Ensuring that our creative product remains leading edge and ahead of our competition. Listening, asking, hearing, prioritizing and translating our need, to be achieved goals and information into strategic Branding, eLearning Programs, website development, Apps etc. Assure that timely and informative communication takes place between the creative function. Contribute to the strategic and creative development of marketing and branding efforts for new business development. With the account lead, assure that internal deliverables are on time, professional, engaging, persuasive and supported by a sound rationale. Make decisions on a daily basis that ensure both profitability and creative quality. Set expectations and standards (build a culture) for creative team attitude, behavior, teamwork and professional development. Training and mentoring team members/subordinates. Leading from front with setting examples. Secondary Responsibilities Working closely with upper management providing Design perspective for business strategy and future planning. Researching on new Development tools and industry trends. Experimenting with new technologies and avenues for organization in terms of Design growth. Allocation of tasks and management collaborating with Project Management teams to provide estimates of effort for tasks.
