Main Purpose of Job: To ensure smooth functioning of production work. • To communicate and coordinate with artists regarding project related issues. • To support Production Coordinator / Supervisor in Production activities and schedule. • To manage data upload and download. • To manage project related activities in the group, as facilitator. • To take notes and send calendar invites, as per project requirements. • To support Production Coordinator / Supervisor in vendor communications • To work with Production Coordinator / Supervisor in developing production hours. • To manage projects in accordance with Client Production Guidelines or Company Production Guidelines. • To manages the archiving of media files on the server and with offsite storage facilities as per agency and specific client mandate.
