• Good knowledge of Google/YouTube analytics with an ability to interpret the analytic data & initiate the necessary actions • Thorough analysis & understanding of the competitive environment and competing channels • Provide necessary inputs to the channel managers on the way forward for the digital channels, considering the market environment & competition activities • Good understanding of the international MCN operations. • Good understanding of the content platform operations across AVOD, SVOD, TVOD categories • Expand the digital footprint of the digital channels through strategic partnerships with MCNs • Expand the channel/content reach by building a presence across VOD platforms. • Initiate and front-end discussions with the creative & production teams for channel requirements • Ability to manage the relationships with YouTube & other channel partners for smooth working relations • Constantly look for opportunities to monetize the digital assets & pursue brand sponsorships
