Your responsibilities are: Manage Flikli’s visual content productions from initiation to delivery, while proactively planning resource allocation, scheduling activities, ensuring on-time delivery and monitoring Key Performance Indicators Facilitate collecting information about customer requirements and oversee development of the production brief based on information received from different sources Communicate client needs to Associate Producers (who lead and manage the creative artists) Act as the single point of contact for client service instances regarding the production process as well as administrative, financial issues Seek out and identify upsell opportunities during the course of production and communicate to sales Oversee and manage delivery milestones for productions Set, monitor and manage client expectations during the production process Review and ensure quality of production deliverables Coordinate between CEO, Sales and Associate Producers Ensure the smooth workflow for the production team, identify production-related problems or bottlenecks and remove all impediments Manage invoicing and payment receivables linked to production milestones
