Disney CEO Bob Iger has unveiled Pixar will soon start working at the 3rd installment of the Cars franchise. There is no word on plot details/ a release date, but the film will likely reunite Lightning McQueen and Mater with a handful of other familiar characters. Nothing is official, but Owen Wilson will presumably return to voice the character of Lightning McQueen.
