Indian Animation Movie – Char Sahibzade in foreign languages
According to media reports Bollywood Filmmaker Harry Baweja says
his 3D animation film Chaar Sahibzaade, on Guru Gobind Singh and his
sons, will also be released in foreign languages.
This
is the first time that such a film is being made on such a subject in
the history of cinema. Market wise, of course, it has a wide range, and
we will release this film in almost all the international languages also
after dubbing.
As per media reports when he
was asked why he chose to make an animation film instead of a regular
feature film on the subject, Baweja said - In our religion, making a
live action film on Guru Sahibs family is not allowed. That is why we
had to make an animation film.
However, there was still another limitation he had to face.
We
are also not allowed to even animate Guru Gobind Singh, thats why he is
in still (image) form in the film. So, it is not that we forgot to
animate him, it is not permissible actually. Thats why he is there in
static form, Baweja reportedly.
Chaar Sahibzaade tells the story of the sacrifices of the four sons of Guru Gobind Singh.
